The Premise

The people in Independent Schools are wired to give.

Into students. Into colleagues. Into mission. They rarely invest that same quality of attention in their own growth.

BCC Illuminate was built for that.A year in which your development becomes the priority — so the leadership you bring to everyone else becomes sharper, steadier, and more your own.

A journey, not a workshop.Four full days across a school year, six coaching sessions, three assessments, and a self-directed capstone applied in your school. Peer learning is built into every day.
