Michelle Bostian is an executive coach and consultant with 25 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and team alignment. As the Coach-in-Residence for the North Carolina Association of Independent Schools, she is a trusted partner for independent school leaders.
A former psychotherapist and corporate leader, Michelle integrates psychology, personality, and leadership best practices to help clients unlock their potential.
